Senior Golang Developer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience
• Very good knowledge of Go language
• Experience working with Kubernetes
• Experience in creating production, scalable services
• Experience with GitOps approach for application deployment
• Experience in automation and platform management
• Experience configuring and maintaining build and deployment pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions)
• Experience in greenfield projects (new projects from scratch)
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Citizenship of a European Union country

Nice to have:

• Experience with OpenTelemetry throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of OpenShift

• Designing and developing new backend services in a microservices architecture
• Implementing functionalities in Go language
• Creating new system components operating in containerized environments
• Ensuring observability (monitoring and monitorability) of created solutions
• Automating software build, test, and deployment processes
• Participating in architectural decisions at early stages of solution development
• Maintaining code quality, readability, and long-term maintainability

• Citizenship of a European Union country is required
