ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT risk management, business continuity management (BCM), and system recovery (DR).
• At least 5 years of experience conducting BIA, process mapping, documentation, and familiarity with dedicated tools and methodologies.
• Experience implementing DORA in the financial services sector and good knowledge of ICT risk controls and regulatory frameworks.
• Deep understanding of ICT environments in banking and ability to link business impact with IT infrastructure.
• Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, including Agile environments.
• Experience with ISO 22301 standard is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and effectively delegate tasks to junior team members.
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.

• Conduct and facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA), assess criticality of business functions, and define RTO and RPO parameters.
• Identify, assess, and document business and operational functions along with their value chains, data resources, ICT environment, and interdependencies.
• Analyze and implement DORA regulatory requirements, including related regulatory technical standards (RTS/ITS).
• Participate in designing and implementing business continuity plans (BCP) and IT/business recovery plans (DRP).
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders from business, IT, and business continuity and resilience management teams (BCCM&R).
