Anwim S.A. is one of the largest independent companies in the fuel sector in Poland. It operates the Moya network, the fastest growing nationwide network of fuel stations. The company also conducts wholesale sales and distribution of liquid fuels across the country and supports fuel transport with its own fleet of tank trucks. Anwim S.A. is developing a new project, Moya energia, focused on creating a nationwide network of electric vehicle charging stations and supporting fleet transformation towards sustainable mobility.

• Knowledge of English enabling fluent communication in an international project (B2+)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business-System Analyst or similar role
• Very good knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Experience in integration projects
• Knowledge of REST API and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)
• Practical knowledge of SQL
• Experience with tools: Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Git, Gitlab, Github
• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes (on-premise)
• Experience with distributed systems
• Experience in integration projects based on microservices
• Ability to work with product backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Experience cooperating with project managers in IT project planning and implementation coordination
• Practical knowledge of integration testing tools: Postman, Swagger, SoapUI

• Analyze and model business, system, and integration processes using UML and BPMN
• Design integrations between the central system and supporting systems
• Define business and system requirements
• Conduct analytical workshops with stakeholders
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Create documentation specifying business, system, and integration requirements
• Consult with the development team during solution implementation
• Collaborate with IT architects, testers, programmers, and project managers
• Support acceptance testing (UAT)
• Participate in implementations and provide post-implementation support
• Create and maintain project and system documentation such as user manuals and post-implementation documentation
