Specjalista/Specjalistka ds. IT

Port Lotniczy Bydgoszcz S.A. is an airport providing comprehensive service to an increasing number of passengers and aircraft annually. The company operates as an Agent Handling entity and seeks to build a cohesive team working towards the company's goals in a dynamic and demanding environment, especially during the summer season.

• Higher education (preferably in a related field)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT
• Good knowledge of IP protocols, Windows Server, Windows 11, and Linux operating systems
• Ability to configure firewalls, network switches, and access points
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 standard
• Knowledge of the National Cybersecurity System Act
• Very good analytical skills
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Certificates confirming competencies (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, ISO 27001)

• Administering company network and server resources
• Providing technical support to users (helpdesk)
• Configuring and implementing new IT solutions
• Analyzing and assessing risks in IT security
• Responding to IT security incidents and mitigating their effects
• Developing technical measures for data protection
• Creating and updating IT standards, processes, and procedures
• Collaborating with internal and external auditors
• Identifying threats in IT systems
• Creating and conducting employee training on an e-learning platform
• Supporting the organization in IT projects, tasks, and initiatives
