GenAI Architect

ITFS Sp. z o.o. operates in the FMCG industry.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, software development, data engineering, or ML with practical expertise in GenAI and AI agent systems
• Experience designing and implementing autonomous multi-agent systems at enterprise scale
• Expert knowledge of agent architecture patterns and leading large technical teams
• Familiarity with model orchestration, inference cost optimization, and selection of commercial and open-source models
• Experience designing large vector data systems and embedding pipelines
• Designing secure AI systems protecting privacy and resistant to hallucinations and adversarial attacks
• Expert knowledge of cloud architecture on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Advanced LLMOps skills including versioning, evaluation pipelines, prompt management, cost monitoring, and CI/CD for AI
• Defining AI tool standards and best practices for engineers
• Very good English proficiency (minimum B2) and ability to communicate with teams and C-level executives

• Creating AI strategies including selection of commercial or open-source models based on cost, performance, security, and compliance
• Designing large multi-agent ecosystems with orchestration, task delegation, context management, and communication
• Building integration layers for agents with systems via REST/API, events, MCP, and connectors
• Designing vector architectures and knowledge layers including embedding pipelines, indexing, metadata, and RAG policies
• Overseeing security and compliance of architecture including PII, authorization, access control, AI quality, and AI Act
• Designing cloud production architecture with observability, auto-evaluation, monitoring, cost management, and Responsible AI
• Acting as an authority on standards, collaborating with DevOps, security, and business teams, mentoring, and defining global AI agent architecture reference
