Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT risk management, business continuity planning (BCM), and system recovery (DR).
Minimum 5 years of experience conducting BIA analyses, process mapping, documentation, and familiarity with dedicated tools and methodologies.
Experience implementing DORA in the financial services sector and good knowledge of ICT risk controls and regulatory frameworks.
Deep understanding of ICT environments in banking and ability to link business impact with IT infrastructure.
Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and Agile environments.
Experience with ISO 22301 standard is a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and effectively delegate tasks to junior team members.
Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.

Conducting and facilitating Business Impact Analyses (BIA), assessing criticality of business functions, and defining RTO and RPO parameters.
Identifying, assessing, and documenting business and operational functions along with their value chains, data resources, ICT environment, and dependencies.
Actively analyzing and implementing DORA regulatory requirements, including related regulatory technical standards (RTS/ITS).
Participating in the design and implementation of business continuity plans (BCP) and IT/business disaster recovery plans (DRP).
Collaborating closely with key stakeholders from business, IT, and business continuity and resilience management teams (BCCM&R).
