Junior Project Manager - Market Consultant

TechNest is part of Group One and Serviceplan Group, serving one of the biggest automotive brands in the world. The team built The Marcom Engine and is part of the Digital Channels - Digital Commerce Department. The Market Consultants Team consists of 10+ Project Managers managing international content rollout for a premium German car manufacturer in over 100 countries.

• Up to 1 year of professional experience in coordinating digital marketing projects, preferably digital content management
• Ownership mindset and hands-on approach
• Experience in customer service and client-facing roles
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager is nice-to-have
• Ability to communicate freely with clients and other entities through various channels and forms
• Very good written and spoken English skills; German is an advantage
• Ability to organize work, manage deadlines and tasks in a dispersed team
• Ability to translate processes into clear steps and effectively communicate them to international teams
• Strong analytical mindset and intercultural competence

• Managing the relationship with the client and maintaining contact as a partner and consultant
• Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners, including the technical department responsible for content integration in CMS
• Managing activities related to effective project implementation focusing on quality and goal achievement (planning, monitoring progress, performing and supervising tasks, ensuring project quality)
• Supporting process optimization and developing more efficient workflows
• Reporting to the client
