They provide custom software solutions for Airline, Healthcare, iGaming, E-learning, e-Commerce, and Supply Chain sectors.

• 6+ years of experience in Manual QA.
• Proven experience designing and owning end-to-end test strategies for complex, multi-service web platforms.
• Deep expertise in REST API testing, including business logic, contract correctness, and edge-case behavior.
• Strong command of test documentation: strategies, plans, cases, traceability matrices, and BDD scenario authoring.
• Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems testing challenges.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and QA integration into automated build processes.
• Hands-on familiarity with performance and load testing concepts and ability to interpret results.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail) and defect tracking platforms (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to identify systemic quality risks and drive mitigation at a process level.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; comfortable in architectural reviews and sprint planning.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Practical command of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) applied to QA workflows.
• Experience in online gambling, fintech, or other high-load, regulated systems.

Nice to have:

• Technical background or degree in Computer Science.
• Automation skills (e.g., Java + REST Assured, Selenium) to contribute to automation discussions.
• Hands-on experience with performance/load testing tools (Locust, k6, JMeter).
• Experience testing real-time data systems such as WebSockets or event streams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the QA strategy for assigned product areas, including test coverage, risk prioritization, and release readiness.
• Plan and execute testing across web, API, and integration layers for new features, platform releases, and regression cycles.
• Design, maintain, and govern the test case library to ensure coverage aligns with business-critical flows and compliance.
• Provide quality input early in cross-functional ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, and architecture reviews.
• Identify, document, and drive resolution of defects with root cause analysis, regression risk assessment, and business impact framing.
• Spot coverage gaps, propose tooling improvements, and contribute to QA process improvements independently.
• Apply and advocate AI-assisted testing approaches, establishing responsible practices and sharing results.
• Contribute to performance testing planning and post-test analysis in collaboration with engineering.
