Business Analyst with German

This role is within the Financial IT team focusing on software development enhancements with an emphasis on AI and advising on sales processes. The position is part of the technology industry and requires collaboration within the team and occasional travel.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of banking or FinTech, including experience in client advisory or sales from a banking consultancy background.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Fluency in German as the project language.
• Initial experience or knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Additional experience in software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.

• Support as a Business Analyst.
• Collaborate with the Financial IT team on the further development of software, including areas related to AI.
• Provide advice on releases and the associated processes, especially sales processes.
