Expert UX Writer

• User-Centred Design (user-focused writing)
• Designing content aligned with user journey and context
• Creating and implementing sales content strategies in applications
• Experience optimizing content for conversion (UX writing for KPIs, UX + CRO)
• Advanced UX writing (microcopy, system messages, onboarding, errors)
• Storytelling in content design and product narrative building
• Defining tone of voice and voice & style guidelines
• Creating and maintaining Content Design Systems
• Working with design systems to ensure content consistency
• Ability to work with data (A/B testing, analytics, content iteration)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2, plain language)
• Experience designing content for mobile and web applications
• Collaboration with Product Owners, designers, and developers embedded in process
• Knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodology
• Over 10 years of experience

• Knowledge of SCRUM methodology
• Knowledge of low-code technologies

Work mode is hybrid with required presence in office in Warsaw, Kraków, or Gdańsk once every 1-2 weeks.
