Expert UX/UI Designer

The position is in the banking industry, focusing on mobile applications primarily in the payments area. The role involves long-term cooperation under a B2B contract with occasional presence required in offices located in Kraków, Gdańsk, or Warsaw.

• User-Centred Design expertise.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking.
• Experience with workshop work involving stakeholders and teams.
• Experience with Lean UX.
• Ability to create research hypotheses and select methods for their verification.
• Ability to define success metrics and translate numbers into concrete actions.
• Knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
• Understanding of design principles and WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards.
• Proficiency with tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Figjam.
• Conducting design workshops.
• Preparing prototypes and specifications for development.
• Conducting usability audits.
• Over 10 years of experience.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SCRUM methodology.
• Familiarity with low-code technology.

• Designing processes, screens, and experiences for a mobile application.
• Optimizing screens according to the adopted Design System.
• Working within agile software development methodologies.
• Creating and improving a good customer experience in the mobile application.

• Candidates must be communicative in Polish and have at least minimum professional English for working with technical documentation.
• Project duration expected until the end of 2027.
