DORA Transformation Consultant

ITFS is offering a long-term cooperation opportunity for a DORA Transformation Consultant working remotely under a B2B contract.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT risk management, business continuity planning (BCM), and disaster recovery (DR).
• At least 5 years of experience conducting BIA analyses, process mapping, and related documentation, with knowledge of dedicated tools and methodologies.
• Experience implementing DORA in the financial services sector and good knowledge of ICT risk controls and regulatory frameworks.
• Deep understanding of ICT environments in banking and ability to link business impact with IT infrastructure.
• Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, including Agile environments.
• Experience with ISO 22301 standard is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and effectively delegate tasks to junior team members.
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.

• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and assess criticality of business functions, defining RTO and RPO parameters.
• Identify, evaluate, and document business and operational functions, including value chains, data resources, ICT environment, and dependencies.
• Analyze and implement DORA regulatory requirements, including related regulatory technical standards (RTS/ITS).
• Participate in designing and implementing business continuity plans (BCP) and IT/business disaster recovery plans (DRP).
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders from business, IT, and business continuity and resilience management (BCCM&R) teams.
