Quality Assurance Lead

• 6+ years in software testing, ideally mobile and IoT
• 2+ years leading a QA team with ownership of testing methodologies
• Experience with test case management tools (Qase, TestRail) and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Manual and automated testing experience using Cypress, Appium, Postman, Robot Framework
• Strong understanding of BLE, API testing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• English proficiency at B2+ level, written and spoken
• Leadership skills focused on team growth and communication

Nice to have:

• Hardware-in-the-loop test setups
• Experience scaling QA in software shops or product companies
• Familiarity with IoT protocols such as MQTT, NFC, Wi-Fi, Thread
• ISTQB Advanced or higher certification
• Genuine curiosity about IoT devices beyond just their user interfaces

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for IoT and mobile products
• Lead and mentor the QA team, guiding test design and sharing knowledge
• Introduce modern QA tools and practices, including test automation and CI/CD integration
• Define and track quality metrics and improve testing efficiency
• Collaborate with CTO, developers, PMs, and clients on QA direction and acceptance criteria
• Oversee full-spectrum testing: compatibility, functional, integration, E2E, automated, performance, security, regression
• Manage quality work from low-level BLE signal capture to cloud data validation
• Use AI tools daily in the testing workflow
