Senior Python Developer (m/f/d)

Commerzbank is a leading international commercial bank with branches and offices in almost 50 countries. It is transitioning from a traditional bank to a digital enterprise and works in inter-locational and international teams using agile methodologies.

• High knowledge of Python programming
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
• Experience with data warehouse concepts
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational database solutions
• Ability to work with Big Data and Cloud technologies
• Experience with model development and integration
• Experience with deployment and monitoring of analytics models

• Develop new and further enhance cluster products using Python and modern Big Data and Cloud technologies
• Process large volumes of data on Data Lake infrastructure
• Deliver services both on-premise and in the cloud environment
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams with business experts and data scientists
• Integrate data science models and results into the system landscape
• Co-design system architecture and participate in rapid prototyping, testing, and evaluation of new technologies
• Identify synergy effects beyond problem solving to create cluster-wide added value
• Identify, prioritize, and implement advanced analytics and data-driven use cases
• Develop, test, and deploy analytics methodologies and models on Big Data (Hadoop) or Cloud infrastructure
• Monitor and improve model effectiveness and maintain technical stability
