UX/UI Designer - Business Applications

• Ability to build user flows and pitch designs.
• 3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design.
• 2+ years specifically focused on designing business applications.
• Portfolio highlighting skills in business application projects, with the ability to showcase Figma workflow.
• Analytical approach, proactive questioning, and excellent communication skills including proficiency in English.

• Develop consistent design standards and evolve the design system within the business applications ecosystem.
• Engage with corporate clients to grasp requirements and gather feedback.
• Continuously build a cross-app library of reusable design elements.
• Design and refine business applications (utilizing components) to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with the development team to guarantee accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies.
