SAP P2P Consultant - Manufacturing

• Higher education degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• 5 to 8 full project lifecycles of SAP P2P process experience
• Profound Procure-to-Pay business process knowledge with the ability to translate business requirements to system design
• Experience with or certification in S/4HANA projects
• Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
• Effective and communicative team player and self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) and English at C2 proficiency
• Willingness to travel

• Manage full lifecycle implementations of S/4 HANA in SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
• Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
• Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Design solutions and adoption plans for identified gaps and business process improvements
• Execute System Integration Tests and support Data Migration and Cutover activities
• Ensure system implementation together with nearshore and offshore team members
• Serve as sparring partner for clients and assume project management responsibilities
