SAP PP/QM Consultant - Manufacturing

• Higher education degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 5-8 full project lifecycles of experience in SAP PP and QM
• Profound experience in Production Planning & Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management business processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
• Experience with S/4HANA projects and/or certification
• Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
• Efficient and communicative team player and self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) and English at C2 proficiency
• Willingness to travel

• Manage full lifecycle implementations of S/4 HANA in SAP Production Planning (PP) and/or Quality Management (QM)
• Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
• Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
• Design solutions and adopt measures for identified GAPs and business process improvements
• Execute system integration tests and support data migration and cutover activities
• Ensure system implementation with nearshore and offshore team members
• Act as a sparring partner for the client and assume project management responsibilities
