SAP O2C Consultant - Manufacturing

• Higher education degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• 5-8 full project lifecycles of experience in SAP O2C process area
• Profound Order-to-Cash business process knowledge with ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
• S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
• Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication in official country language(s) and English at C2 proficiency level
• Efficient and communicative team player and self-starter
• Willingness to travel

• Manage full lifecycle implementations of S/4 HANA in SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) process area
• Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities
• Plan, prepare, and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Design solutions and adoption strategies for identified gaps and business process improvements
• Execute System Integration Tests and support data migration and cutover activities
• Ensure system implementation with nearshore/offshore team members
• Act as sparring partner for client and take project management responsibilities
