Senior Fullstack Developer 2.0 (PHP + React + Cursor/Windsurf)

• Excellent understanding of business and broad context at detailed level
• Ability to translate business goals into simple, necessary IT solutions
• Commitment to continuously improve team standards in code quality, architecture, and processes
• Experience using modern AI programming tools like Cursor and Windsurf
• Minimum 4 years commercial experience with PHP and Symfony
• Minimum 2 years commercial experience with TypeScript and React.js or Vue.js
• Knowledge of performance and optimization issues in web applications
• Practical experience with containerized environments (Docker)
• Familiarity with design patterns and programming best practices (SOLID, KISS, DRY)
• Proficiency with version control systems, e.g., Git
• Ownership, independence, and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Accuracy and diligence in individual and team work
• Fluent in Polish

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of cloud application infrastructure (e.g., GCP)
• Experience in developing microservice architecture
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Commercial experience with Node.js / Nest.js

• Participation in creating IT solutions from start to finish without siloed work
• Development of web applications including new features, bugfixing, and refactoring
• Involvement in designing architecture of new solutions and developer infrastructure
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring quality of solutions
• Continuous improvement of development process standards
• Close collaboration with developers, project managers/product owners, and QA teams
• Maintaining high programming quality and fast delivery pace individually and as a team
