Junior Fullstack Developer 2.0 (PHP + React + Cursor/Windsurf)

• Solid programming foundations: for juniors, at least a bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields, or a minimum of 2 years commercial experience with PHP and React.js
• Ability and willingness to learn complex technical solutions quickly
• Skills in using modern AI programming tools such as Cursor and Windsurf (GitHub Copilot not sufficient); understanding paradigm and practice is required
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and programming best practices (SOLID, KISS, DRY)
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git
• Ownership mentality: independence and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Precision and reliability in individual and team work
• Fluent in Polish

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in web application performance and optimization
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, e.g., Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience developing microservice architectures
• Practical experience with containerized environments like Docker
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Commercial experience with Node.js and Nest.js

• Participate in end-to-end IT solution development without silo restrictions

• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and QA teams
• Maintain high programming quality and fast delivery pace both individually and as a team
