Mid Fullstack Developer 2.0 (PHP + React + Cursor/Windsurf)

Our plug & play digital solutions are leveraged with AI and other high-tech technologies such as telemedicine, automated triage, medical devices monitoring and API integrations.

• Ability to use modern AI programming tools such as Cursor AI or Windsurf, with understanding of their paradigm.
• Minimum 3 years commercial experience with PHP (Symfony or similar frameworks).
• Minimum 1 year commercial experience with React.js, including some experience with TypeScript.
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and programming best practices (e.g., SOLID, KISS, DRY).
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Ownership, independence, and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Accuracy and conscientiousness working individually and in a team.
• Fluent command of Polish language.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of web application performance and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud application infrastructure (e.g., GCP).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker).
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Commercial experience with Node.js / Nest.js frameworks.

• Participate in end-to-end IT solution development.
• Develop web applications including new features, bug fixes, and refactoring.
• Engage in designing architecture for new solutions and developer infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality.
• Continuously improve development processes.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers/owners, and QA teams.
• Maintain high code quality and deliver tasks efficiently individually and as a team.
