Senior Software Engineer

Complexio’s Foundational AI platform automates business processes by ingesting and understanding complete enterprise data – both structured and unstructured. Established as a joint venture between Hafnia and Símbolo with partners including Marfin Management, C Transport Maritime, BW Epic Kosan, and Trans Sea Transport, Complexio is redefining enterprise productivity through context-aware, privacy-first automation.

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong experience with Python
• Experience with vanilla JavaScript
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and KV stores (Redis)
• Experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions
• Strong understanding of event-driven systems and distributed architectures
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Podman) and orchestration platform (Kubernetes)
• English minimum B2

Nice to have:

• Experience with graph databases (Neo4j) and vector databases (Milvus)
• Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks (spaCy, Transformers)
• Proficiency in compiled languages (Rust, Go, Java, C#)
• Experience with machine learning concepts and working with NLP datasets
• Experience building web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue.js) or desktop applications (Electron, Tauri)
