• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a programming team
• Advanced knowledge of PHP and web technology ecosystem
• Experience in leading programming projects
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Familiarity with the latest trends in web technologies and AI
• Skills in process optimization and automation
• Startup mindset including flexibility, initiative, and openness to change
• Good English proficiency (minimum B2)
