Business Intelligence Analyst

They design and implement modern technologies revolutionizing healthcare services, providing easy, fast, and efficient access to care. Their services include AI, telemedicine, automated triage, medical devices monitoring, and API integrations, operating globally with partners like AXA, Allianz, and Novartis.

• Minimum one year experience in BI or Data Scientist roles.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency in MySQL for database management and queries.
• Advanced skills with Google Sheets and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of BigQuery for large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with API integrations and data exchange between systems.
• Strong skills in data mining, statistics, and reporting.
• Proficiency in product analytics including user behavior and feature adoption analysis.
• Fluent in Polish.
• English language skills at minimum B2 level.

Analysis and reporting:

• Analyze large, complex data sets to generate actionable insights.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Google Sheets, and other tools.
• Perform KPI analysis to monitor business performance and identify improvement areas.
• Conduct cohort and customer profiling analyses to understand patient behaviors and trends.

Data infrastructure and management:

• Oversee data warehouse migration projects ensuring smooth transitions.
• Manage data warehouse implementation, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Implement data management best practices to maintain data quality standards.

API integration and data management:

• Work with API integrations to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
• Manage and optimize data storage solutions including BigQuery and MySQL.

Cross-department collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT teams to support data needs.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
