• Senior-level experience in game design for online and live-service (Games-as-a-Service) titles
• Prior experience as Lead Game Designer or Design Director
• Open and supportive attitude toward all team members
• Structured, professional approach to game design and production methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good command of English
• Knowledge of statistics and/or data analytics tools
• Knowledge of visual scripting tools or languages
• True passion for video games with knowledge of latest titles and industry trends, especially Online, F2P, and Live Operations market

• Define the framework and structure for new experiences in the Dying Light franchise
• Creatively lead an interdisciplinary development team to deliver the vision in the Dying Light universe
• Guide team designs through full development cycle: conception, prototyping, implementation, release, and continuous support
• Advocate for team members by recognizing and utilizing their strengths
• Design progression systems, gameplay mechanics, and online features aligned with the IP Creative Director's vision
• Define engagement mechanisms and in-game economy with marketing and business development teams
• Collaborate with Production to plan development roadmap and set ambitious goals
• Prioritize and assign tasks to designers and developers, provide feedback, coaching, and share experience
• Communicate directly with programmers, artists, animators, and other teams to ensure consistency
• Support feature implementation through structured, iterative approaches
• Work with player research teams to define scope and goals for playtests and data gathering
• Create and update clear, consistent design documentation for development and supporting teams
