Project Manager (Ops + eMarketing) for Health/Med Ai School - Remote

We are a global, mission-driven organization operating at the intersection of precision health, education, research, and community-based programs. We run multiple courses, certifications, events, memberships, and research initiatives year-round, supported by AI-enabled systems and a distributed global team.

• 4+ years’ experience as a Project / Program / Operations Manager
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Highly autonomous, reliable, and execution-focused
• Experience using GoHighLevel

Nice to have:

• Experience in health, education, or certification programs
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and marketing workflows
• Experience supporting executive or shareholder communications
• Previous experience using ClickUp

• Take full ownership of all projects across the company, end-to-end
• Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for every initiative
• Run the annual promotions and events calendar
• Manage the building and delivery of courses, programs, memberships, workshops, clinics, and community initiatives
• Oversee pre-event, live event, and post-event execution
• Manage Google Calendars for leadership and community
• Hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate presenters, researchers, and stakeholders
• Support executive leadership with approvals and shareholder communications
• Manage and own the CRM, e-marketing and eCourse development platforms
• Use multiple AI-Tools for productivity and task execution
