Tech Lead (PHP + React + Cursor/Windsurf)

• Excellent business understanding and broad context at a detailed level
• Strong ability to translate business goals into simple and necessary IT solutions
• Commitment to continuously raise team standards in code quality, system architecture, and processes
• Experience using modern AI programming tools such as Cursor and Windsurf
• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience with PHP and Symfony
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with TypeScript and React.js or Vue.js
• Knowledge of performance and optimization issues in web applications
• Practical experience with containerized environments, e.g., Docker
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and programming best practices (SOLID, KISS, DRY)
• Proficient with version control systems such as Git
• Ownership mindset with responsibility for assigned tasks
• Accuracy and diligence in individual and team work
• Fluent Polish language skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of cloud application infrastructure (e.g., GCP)
• Experience in developing microservice architectures
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Commercial experience with Node.js/Nest.js

• Serve as a benchmark for the IT team in terms of work standards
• Maintain high programming quality and delivery pace both individually and as a team
• Prioritize tasks aligned with business goals, avoiding unnecessary work
• Participate in IT solutions development from end to end together with business departments
• Develop web applications including new features, bug fixes, and refactoring through active programming
• Participate in architecture design of new solutions and development infrastructure
• Participate in code reviews and ensure solution quality
• Continuously improve development process standards
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, product owners, and QA teams
