The company is scaling globally with its latest project, Monopoly World. The position is based in Kraków at a historic office located in a railway station in the city's old town.

• Implement game functionality as per design specifications
• Optimize game performance for different platforms
• Debug and fix issues to ensure smooth gameplay
• Build innovative multiplayer big data-based games in Unity for mobile platforms
• Participate in creating development workflows at each production stage
• Build dedicated location-aware and multiplayer-enabled game features
• Create and maintain development tools
• Guide junior developers and exchange knowledge with other Unity developers
• Assist game designers in verifying and enhancing new game ideas
• Work closely with backend engineers on client-server communication
• Help create company-wide standards for Unity developers
