Bee Talents is an IT recruitment agency active since 2015, inviting candidates to join Reef Technologies, a fully-remote, senior-only team of Python backend engineers working on complex distributed systems for startups globally.

• 5+ years of programming experience, including at least 2 years with Python.
• Ability to solve complex problems with Python, producing functional, efficient, and well-designed code.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

• Build complex distributed systems with low latency, fault tolerance, high scalability, and self-healing.
• Develop APIs, databases, and libraries.
• Design custom algorithms as required.
• Take ownership of problems and guide solutions to intended impact.
• Manage workload independently and make decisions without constant guidance.
• Collaborate within a senior-only, fully-remote team.
