Senior Software (Python) Engineer | Nomagic [25-32k PLN UoP]

At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. Nomagic is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to address challenges in physical manipulation and share expertise in software development and design with the team.

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Technical leadership skills and experience
• Proficiency in modern programming languages, specifically Python
• Experience designing complex, multilevel software systems
• Fluent communication in English

• Building modular and expandable control systems for robot actions adaptable to multiple customer use-cases
• Using data to build heuristics for handling different categories of items
• Detecting anomalies such as multiple item picking or item disassembly
• Developing smart placing algorithms similar to Tetris for real products
• Creating interfaces and APIs for integration with warehouse management systems

The recruitment process includes multiple interview stages: a 30-minute Google Meets interview with a recruiter, a 60-minute coding interview, a 45-minute hiring manager interview, and onsite half-day interviews at the office.
