Trainee/Junior IT Recruitment Consultant

LinkGroup is recruiting for a Trainee/Junior IT Recruitment Consultant role in Warsaw, operating in a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the office.

• Passion for recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Previous recruitment or business experience is an advantage.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with timeliness.
• Communication skills in both spoken and written form.
• Knowledge of social media for effective candidate sourcing.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills continuously.
• Very good command of English, used daily at work.

• Search for ideal candidates using internal CRM systems and external sources such as social media.
• Professionally select candidates by reviewing applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and preparing recommendation lists.
• Manage the recruitment process, from contact with candidates to updating statuses and ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with other teams to maximize project completion.
• Analyze labor market trends and candidate availability.
• Participate in internal company initiatives and maintain a positive company image.
