IDM Developer / Analyst – One Identity

This position involves working on the One Identity platform for a client in the financial services sector.

• 5–6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IDM).
• Strong hands-on development experience with One Identity.
• Ability to work independently in technical delivery roles.
• Experience with system upgrades and platform improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with complex access models.
• Experience supporting production systems in enterprise environments.
• Comfortable working remotely in distributed EU teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with One Identity version 8 or higher.
• Background in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior/Level 2 engineers.

• Design, develop, and enhance the One Identity (IDM) platform.
• Manage technical changes across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Resolve complex production issues and provide Level 3 support.
• Drive small to mid-sized enhancements from analysis to deployment.
• Participate in system upgrades and platform evolution.
• Translate business and access management requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, platform stability, and compliance with standards.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Support release activities and deployments in UAT and Production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and security teams.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to Level 2 support teams.
