Network Engineer – AlgoSec

The project is in the Finance industry and operates in the Technology industry sector. The working language is English. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, with a hybrid model of working 3 days per week in the office. The assignment type is B2B and the start date is ASAP/Flexible.

• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with firewall technologies, especially with CheckPoint.
• Proven experience and hands-on skills with Algosec products.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in network architecture and design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience in automation using Python, Ansible, and Django.

• Configure, manage, and secure various firewall solutions, mainly with CheckPoint.
• Manage and troubleshoot Algosec products including configuration and performance.
• Oversee network architecture, design, implementation, and optimization.
• Review and analyze firewall rules, identify risky or non-compliant rules, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work directly with clients and customers regarding firewall management tools.

Position requires occasional business trips to Denmark. Full professional proficiency in English is necessary. The role is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days/week office presence.
