Service Delivery Manager - German speaking

Client: Nearshoring service provider from Germany

• Proven experience in service delivery management with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in the German language.
• Familiarity with Java projects and Eclipse is a plus but not mandatory.

Nice to have:

• Experience with IT service management frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern project management tools.

• Act as the Bridgehead for service delivery, ensuring quality, timely reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee and manage service delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and support.
• Monitor and improve service operations, focusing on delivery optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Coordinate between development and operational teams to maintain seamless workflows.
