Technical Project Manager(Core)

• 7 years of experience in complex, cross-domain/E2E technology projects.
• Experience in Telco Core networks, Cloud, and Data Centers.
• Good understanding of presales aspects including scoping, estimation, and risk management.
• Ability to take responsibility, coordinate, and lead technical issues.
• Ability to work and deliver targeted results with minimal supervision.
• Strong business ownership and leadership.
• Motivation to meet challenging individual and team deadlines.
• Independent, self-directed, and able to create order in unstructured environments.
• Experience in configuration and change management.
• Good knowledge of IP Networking Protocols: OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD.
• Understanding of Switching: VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP.
• Knowledge of IPTEL.
• Good communication skills and proactive attitude.

• Manage selected complex projects where Nokia delivers complete End-to-End solutions or involves First-Off, non-standard, cross-organization, or 3rd-Party solutions.
• Lead and direct technical functions: Analysis & Design group, Integration, Verification & Validation group.
• Participate in pre-sales during project initiation to support customer acquisition.
• Utilize knowledge of IP/MPLS protocols (IGP, BGP, RSVP, LDP) and mobile networks interfaces and protocols (2G-3G-4G-5G).
