• Telecommunications Bachelor's degree or equivalent background.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IP Domain.
• Good knowledge in IP Networking Protocols like OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD.
• Understanding of Switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP.
• Product/Vendor knowledge/Certification on Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, or F5 (at least any two).
• IPTEL Knowledge.
• Good communication skills and proactive attitude.

• Hands-on experience with packet core network components (e.g., SGSN, GGSN, MME, PGW).
• Strong understanding of mobile network standards (e.g., 4G/5G, LTE, VoLTE).
• Experience with Packet Core network testing and troubleshooting tools.
• Proficient in analyzing Packet Core call flows and signaling protocols.
• Integrate and configure packet core network components, ensuring interoperability and compliance with network standards.
• Analyze and document call flows across various nodes and interfaces in the packet core network.
• Troubleshoot call flow issues to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
• Execute comprehensive acceptance test plans for new network elements and services.
