R2R Strategy & Transformation Consultant

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance transformation with strong R2R process expertise.
• Proven ability to document processes including flows, narratives, operating procedures, and control frameworks.
• Experience in client-facing roles such as facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and conducting training.
• Ability to lead meetings and workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of at least one major ERP system: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with specialized finance tools like Cadency, Blackline, ServiceNow, Tradeshift, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Partnering with clients to assess current R2R processes, identify pain points, and opportunities for process redesign, automation, and technology enablement.
• Supporting Transformation Managers in developing and delivering high-quality project deliverables.
• Participating in Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, documenting solutions to align with client objectives.
• Recommending improvements based on deep R2R process knowledge to enhance efficiency, control, and insight.
• Collaborating with client Subject Matter Experts to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Conducting process and technology maturity assessments, benchmarking, and automation evaluations.
• Supporting the implementation of ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Oracle, alongside specialized finance tools.
• Contributing to Global Business Services and Shared Service Center design and implementation initiatives.
• Staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to provide recommendations.
