P2P (Payables) Business Transformation Director

• At least 12 years of proven experience in finance transformation with strong end-to-end process knowledge (Accounts Payable, Master Data Management, Travel and Expenses, Query Management).
• Strong understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
• Proven experience leading transformation projects with full accountability for deliverables, team, timeline, and budget.
• Ability to shape transformation stories and sell projects leveraging available offers and products.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes, negotiation skills, executive presence, and managing senior stakeholders.
• High-level consulting skills including hypothesis-driven analysis, collaborative meeting management, data collection, storytelling, and storyboarding.
• Experience leading client interactions such as workshops, presentations, and trainings.
• Knowledge and experience in at least one ERP: S4H, SAP ECC, or Oracle.
• Understanding or implementation experience of payables technologies like Instream, Kofax, Read soft, Basware, Comarch, eInvoicing solutions, as well as upstream technologies including Ariba and Coupa.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Drive and lead process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Managers.
• Sell and deliver projects related to operating model design, process and technology maturity assessments, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential, ERP and RPA implementation, training delivery, and change management.
• Provide improvement recommendations to clients based on process and technology expertise.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to complete deliverables and drive transformation agenda.
• Keep abreast of technological developments and suggest improvements within area of expertise.
• Build knowledge and understanding of market-leading assets and methods.
