• Fluency in German (B2) and good English communication skills (B1)
• Basic MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Supporting the Project Management Office in daily tasks and monitoring time tracking records
• Assisting in the preparation of project reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations
• Creating and overseeing invoices
• Managing the workflow of project documentation and archiving documents
• Providing administrative support for the project
