Finance Transition Project Manager

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management with proven delivery of Transition Management projects
• Experience in Project Management; project management certification is an asset
• Understanding of the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and practices, supported by project delivery experience
• Experience planning, managing, and executing transition programs including stakeholder and risk management
• Ability to review project proposals to determine approach, goals, milestones, timeframes, and resources
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder communication
• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Lead end-to-end business transformation and transition projects for global clients, ensuring delivery against objectives and timelines
• Execute transition projects with precision, providing expert advisory services throughout
• Collaborate with internal teams and external client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Work with Change Management specialists to develop adoption strategies
• Design tailored transition strategies and roadmaps for clients
• Identify and mitigate risks and challenges proactively
• Manage stakeholder expectations with clear communication and regular updates
• Measure and report on transition progress, adjusting plans for success
