Executive Assistant (with German)

• First experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Business Support role.
• Fluent German and English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident approach to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership.

• Manage calendars and schedule meetings, ensuring punctuality and smooth coordination.
• Organize business trips, including travel bookings, accommodation, and expense settlements.
• Prepare documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations as needed.
• Handle internal and external communication, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Support various projects and ad hoc tasks, including event and meeting organizations.
