• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance functions including financial analysis, accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience overseeing financial activities of legal entities or countries
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements
• Experience providing guidance and recommendations to GL accountants
• Strategic thinking with ability to contribute to long-term financial planning

• Operate as a Subject Matter Expert for client-specific application of processes
• Focus on complex transactions and resolving complex issues
• Ensure processes and controls are executed as agreed
• Be aware of business context for data analyzed
• Draw insights and make recommendations for valuable client outcomes
• Drive process improvements using technology related tools
