• Fluent English and French (minimum B2) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in administrative or assistant work (including student organizations or informal experience).
• Self-reliant and willing to take initiative.
• Well organized.
• Team player attitude.
• Student status or bachelor's degree.

• Managing calendars, invites, schedule changes.
• Making travel arrangements including travel documentation, logistics, accommodation, and approvals.
• Claiming expenses for Superiors and credit card reconciliation.
• Note-taking during calls and meetings, organizing and distribution, and taking related actions when necessary.
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and financial reports.
• Providing support in Superior’s projects by managing project-related logistics such as project numbers, resources, quotes, descriptions, summaries, and status.
