Senior QA (Manual Testing)

At Link Group, we build tech teams for Fortune 500 companies and the world’s most innovative startups. The project involves ensuring the quality and reliability of complex applications in the finance/stock exchange industry.

• At least 5+ years of experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect management
• Hands-on experience with test case management and issue-tracking tools
• Ability to perform API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Good command of English

Nice to have:

• Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Familiarity with basic automation concepts and scripting
• ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced Level)

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business requirements
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Document test results, report defects, and participate in root cause analysis
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes
