Wymagania
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Good command of English
Nice to have:
- Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry
- Certifications such as PSM II, SAFe SM, or PMI-ACP
- Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model)
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
Obowiązki
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and best practices
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to optimize backlog management
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams
