Solution Architect - Freelance

Netguru is a consultancy, product design, and software development company founded in 2008. It helps leading brands modernize B2B solutions, marketplaces, and retail ecosystems, working with clients in fintech, healthcare, commerce, and more. The company has nearly 600 employees worldwide and has completed over 1400 projects. Notable clients include IKEA, Volkswagen, OLX, Delivery Hero, Żabka, Wolt, Careem, and Vinted.

• Strong experience with Hexagonal Architecture (Ports & Adapters).
• Expertise in API-first and event-driven architectures, including Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience defining architecture governance, best practices, and technical standards.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English at level C1.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the medtech industry.

• Design solution architectures and create High-Level Design (HLD) documentation.
• Define architecture standards, principles, and governance processes.
• Provide architectural guidance and support to delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, integration patterns, and architectural approaches.

The position requires the freelancer to be based in the European Union for remote work. The contract is freelance B2B full-time, starting around mid July 2026 with the first contract for 6 months. English language proficiency at C1 level is required.
