Senior AI NodeJS Engineer

We are Tooploox, a Solvd Inc. company with nearly 200 specialists including a 40+ person R&D team with many PhDs. We develop AI-powered products and services across industries such as healthcare and e-commerce. • Experience in full-stack development using NodeJS with TypeScript.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an AI Engineering role.
• Comfortable with backend and frontend tasks.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and its applications.
• Familiarity with multi-agent concepts, tools, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs/SDKs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Practical implementation experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like Langchain and LlamaIndex.
• Understanding prompt design principles.
• Experience configuring services on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Competence in REST API usage and efficient database integration.
• Fluency in English; Polish is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of machine learning principles.
• Understanding Python source code.
• Experience with React.
• Experience with model fine-tuning and distillation.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation.
• Experience with graph databases.
• Familiarity with Voice Agents concepts and related frameworks (e.g., Pipecat).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build AI Agentic solutions.
• Define technical requirements and implement features across software lifecycle from proof of concept to production.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Manage backend tasks and contribute to frontend development.
• Stay informed about trends and advancements in AI and related fields.
• Employ a pragmatic, evaluation-driven approach to adopting innovative AI solutions.
