SAP FI/CO Senior Consultant | Poland

Deloitte is an international IT consulting company supporting top-tier clients in Poland and across Europe with SAP solutions.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO consulting, preferably with exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of Polish accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven project experience in managing full-cycle SAP FI/CO implementations or upgrades in diverse industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into SAP configurations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Polish native language is a must.
• Ability to work independently and within teams across multiple projects and clients.
• Knowledge of integration points within SAP ERP and with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) is a plus.

• Lead and execute SAP FI and CO module implementations and rollouts in line with business requirements.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and design efficient SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Configure SAP FI/CO components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP FI/CO environments.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

The candidate must be a native Polish speaker and have excellent communication skills in English. The role involves supporting clients in Poland and across Europe, requiring multilingual communication.
