R2R Finance and Accounting Junior Manager with French

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance functions including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience overseeing financial activities of legal entities or countries
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial statements
• Experience providing guidance and recommendations to a team of GL accountants
• Strategic thinking with ability to contribute to long-term financial planning
• Fluent in French and English

• GL Accountant responsibility
• Guardian of month close for the country with overall oversight of country books
• Communicate with Tax advisor/corporate to translate GAAP changes into BPO processes and operations
• Analyse and identify balances and movements to be explained and coordinate corrections within BPO
• Act as Audit contact
