• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance functions including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting
• Experience overseeing financial activities of legal entities or countries
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements
• Experience providing guidance and recommendations to a team of GL accountants
• Strategic thinking and contribution to long-term financial planning
• Fluent English and Italian

• GL Accountant responsibility
• Guardian of month close for the country (overall oversight on country books)
• Communicate through governance with Tax advisor/corporate to translate GAAP changes into BPO processes
• Analyse and identify balances and movements to be explained and coordinate clarification or correction within BPO
• Act as Audit contact
